Liability Waiver

Lap Delta Pro is simply a pacing tool that presents your activity data on the screen of your fitness device. The interpretation and use of that data is entirely up to you. By installing and/or using Lap Delta Pro (or any of its variants) you agree that:

• You understand that participation in physical or recreational activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or property damage. You voluntarily assume all such risks, whether known or unknown.

• You hereby release, waive, and discharge the creator of Lap Delta Pro from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising out of or related to your participation in these activities, including any injury, loss, or damage.

• In the event of injury or illness, you are responsible for any and all associated costs.

• You certify that you are physically fit and able to participate safely in these activities and that you will follow all safety rules and instructions.

• This waiver shall be binding upon you, your heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
